4th Pair of Valentine Tag Book Pages

The 4th pair of Valentine Tag book pages features a neat embossing method. If you look at the torn Paisley (SU) back ground paper it was created by randomly covering a Very Vanilla piece of cardstock with Plum, Pink and Sea Glass Color Box Pigment Inks. Once the inks were dry then clear emboss the Paisley image over top. Then take the Dark Brown Color Box Pigment ink all over the image - completely cover it. Then reheat with your heat gun and taadaa… the embossed image will reappear. This technique gives a beautiful effect with detailed stamps.

Some of the other steps: (a) TAC Butterfly was embossed with Timber Brown Stazon on SU Cardstock Vellum, colored on the underside with TomBow markers, brushed with Pearl Ex over the top (b) the Page About Butterflies stamp (Stamps Happen) is stamped on Very Vanilla, Gamsol with Prism color pencils, splattered with Walnut Ink - the dominos were wiped with Alcohol Ink (Ranger) and then the butterfly image from the stamp was stamped on with Stazon, the butterflies were loosely colored with slick writers, (c) butterfly image overlaid with the brown and blue flourish Hambly acetate , (d) background paper is Blush (Basic Grey)
